Directions
Step 1 : Clean and prep headlights
Step 2: Apply a generous amount of #1 Kwikprep to the lens. Then, using RED DOT sandpaper supplied in kit, vigorously sand oxidized areas of lens, keeping the sanding surface wet with #1 Kwikprep. Continue sanding for approximately 2-3 minutes until smooth to the touch.
Step 3: Continue sanding and polishing process with the YELLOW DOT sandpaper. Keep work area wet with #1 Kwikprep. Continue sanding for approx. 2-3 minutes. This removes large sand marks from red dot sandpaper. When finished, wipe lens with towel removing grit residue.
Step 4: Apply #1 Kwikprep and continue sanding, polishing process with GREEN DOT sandpaper. Sand for approx. 1-2minutes
Step 5: Wipe clean with towel until lens is dry, free of dirt, grime or dust
Step 6: Pour #2 Kwikclean on towel and clean lens. This is a preview of finished product. If happy with lens, move to step 7. If not satisfied with lens appearance, then repeat sanding, polishing steps.
Step 7: To seal the lens, apply #3 Kwikseal to foam brush applicator. Move right to left, starting at top of headlight. Continue process to bottom of lens. Smooth any lines, streaks or uneven areas to achieve smooth finish. Be careful not to over brush as this may cause streaks. When #3 Kwikseal dries, the process is complete. DO NOT WASH CAR for 24 hours while sealant cures.
